A Balance Lifestyle: Information Coming Soon

Just like the body, the brain can show signs of aging over time. While this is a natural result of growing older, there are positive lifestyle changes you can make to keep your mind sharper for longer. Join Tim Hawk for a fun and informative sample from Home Care Assistance's six-part Mind Fit series. In this seminar, you will learn about proactive ways to enhance cognitive functioning, including fun group activities used in the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, a science-based cognitive stimulation program created by Home Care Assistance.

Social Isolation: Information Coming Soon

Rachel Waddick, Executive Director of The Pawtricity™ Foundation, will discuss how pet ownership provides mental, physical, and emotional benefits to an individual and may contribute to the overall wellness of a community when integrated responsibly.  In addition to pets, Rachel will also discuss the benefits of keeping small animals, reptiles, and fish.
