Funding

Each year, public grants and contributions from the Friends of the Waterfront Village and other donors provide over two-thirds of the Villages operating budget. Among other things, this allows us to offer subsidized memberships to members throughtout our mixed-income community. The Waterfront Village is a member of the Village-to-Village network and operates in partnership with the District of Columbia's Department of Aging and Community Living.
